Sample Executive Search:
Day: 1-4 Meet with client to understand needs and dedicate consultants to the search. Create target company list. Create weekly communication plan with client.
Day: 5-9 Contact individuals within our extensive network and begin making contact with individuals at target companies.
Day: 10-19 Conduct candidate screening. Create full candidate profiles for client submittal. Continue candidate search among target companies.
Day: 20-30 Submit and set up candidates to meet with client. Conduct requested background and drug screens. Submit 30 day progress report.
Day 31-36 Facilitate candidate 2nd level interviews. Meet with Client to get feedback and discuss need for additional candidates.
Day 36-40 Assist in Offer negotiation and conduct full background check, and drug screens.
Day 41-45 Release rejected candidates from interview process. |
