Dart currently serves in an advisory role to Google’s People Experience function. Previously, he led Google’s Global Process Excellence for People Operations. Prior to Google, Dart led HR Transformation and Planning at Cisco Systems where he founded the business architecture practice that led to the principles of multi-sided management.
