Elaine Carfley

As SVP of Data Analytics & Technology at Wilson, Elaine leads transformation across cloud platforms, AI, enterprise applications, data, integrations, automation, security, and governance. She focuses on creating conditions for AI to reshape products, workflows, decisions, and customer experiences. Elaine champions outcomes from connecting architecture and execution to a clear business objective such as faster growth, strong margins, improved customer responsiveness, or greater organizational capacity. She earned an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler and a foundation in Finance and MIS from the University of Virginia.
