TechTarget: Employee development has many benefits

Companies that focus on improving employee development and morale will benefit even when employees leave, according to Marisol Hughes, EVP & general counsel at WilsonHCG.

That’s because former employees could bring in new business if they have positive feelings about their former workplaces, she explained.
