Wilson shortlisted for Best Place To Work at the 2026 IHR Awards
– Manchester, UK – Wilson was shortlisted for Best Place To Work among medium-sized companies at the 2026 IHR Awards.
This category recognises organisations with 1,000–5,000 employees that offer an exceptional employee experience. Judges look for evidence of an inclusive culture, strong engagement, and a workplace where people feel valued and supported.
Employee wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous learning were key themes in Wilson’s entry, which highlighted initiatives including the Buddy Programme, Mentorship Programme, Leadership Development Programme, and GIG opportunities, as well as its recognition as a Disability Confident Employer.
Commenting on this, Lesley Taylor, SVP, Global Talent Solutions, said:
Being shortlisted for Best Place To Work is a wonderful reflection of the people and culture at Wilson. Our teams bring our values to life every day, helping foster a workplace where people feel connected, valued, and empowered to grow, and it’s fantastic to see that recognised by the IHR Awards.”
