Checklist: Assess your EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness
The EU Pay Transparency Directive is now active across EU member states – are you prepared?
This directive applies to all employers in public and private sectors across the EU, regardless of size, to have gender-based pay data readily available. Although this may seem like an HR task, talent acquisition has its part as a function to play for data aggregation and recruitment processes.
Our interactive checklist is a helpful resource that breaks down important high-level questions you need to ask as a talent acquisition leader, including (but not limited to):
- Do you have salary ranges established for all roles?
- Can managers articulate how pay decisions are made?
- Is your approach legally defensible?
Be prepared for what's next by downloading our checklist from the form on this page.

Please be sure to evaluate all requirements with your legal department or outside legal counsel, as regulations constantly evolve.
